How do I place an order?
Use the SHOP link to find what you like.
Once you have found an item, choose your size and click the 'ADD TO CART' button on the product page.
Our formal collection is tailored according to our clients' needs, hence no size options are given.
Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking 'VIEW CART' through the 'SHOPPING CART' link at the top of the page.
You can add or remove any items before checking out. Click on 'CHECKOUT' to proceed to the next page.
Start by filling out your personal information in the 'SHIPPING DETAILS' section. Also mention your preferred 'PAYMENT METHOD' (Cash on Delivery or Bank Deposit/Transfer). To proceed, click on continue.
Then select your preferred Delivery Method. Click on 'Continue' to proceed to 'PAYMENT'.
Please read the instructions on how to make offline payment. We currently only offer two payment methods: Cash on Delivery (Only for Customers in Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Lahore); and Bank Deposit/Transfer (Full advance payment for all other locations). In case you select Bank Deposit/Transfer, payment must be made within 48 hours of placing order. For formal dresses, we require at least 50% advance payment to confirm order and to begin production.
Finally Review and Place your order to complete your purchase.
You will then receive a call from our Sales Team to confirm your order.
What payment methods does Sehr Ayaz accept and is it safe to use my credit card online?
Currently, the following payment methods are accepted:
Cash on Delivery: This option is available for customers residing in Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Lahore. Using this option, you can pay cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order. Please ensure that you have the exact amount at hand since our delivery agents do not carry change/petty cash.
Bank to Bank Transfer: Bank details are provided at the time of checkout. Full advance payment is required within 48 hours of placing order.
Cash Deposit at
Bank: Visit your nearest Faysal Bank Branch, and make deposit in the bank account mentioned at the time of checkout. Full advance payment is required within 48 hours of placing order.
Which countries does Sehr Ayaz ship to?
Sehr Ayaz currently provides delivery service to the following regions:
1) North America/Canada
2) United Kingdom
3) United Arab Emirates
For all other countries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order, so we can calculate and inform you of exact shipping charges.
How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
We deliver online orders for Pret Wear in 3-5 working days in Pakistan. For international orders we deliver in 7-10 working days. Custom orders can take up to 7-8 weeks or more depending on production time. If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact us at email@example.com
There are no delivery charges for Pret Wear orders within Pakistan. For international orders, delivery charges will depend on destination and weight of the item. If custom orders exceed our weight limit, delivery charges will have to be paid by the customer, locally and internationally.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Currently, we only offer same day delivery in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, that too in exceptional circumstances.
Why did the product in my shopping cart disappear?
Please bear in mind that even though you have placed an item in your SHOPPING CART, it does not count as a purchase. It is possible that someone else checked out the item while it was in your SHOPPING CART and the product is now out of stock. If that is the case, then you can simply come back to the site and place a new order when the product is available again.
Does Sehr Ayaz ship to multiple addresses?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, for assistance.
How do I return or exchange an item?
We dont have any exchange policy or return policy in normal circumstances. In the rare case that a faulty, damaged or incomplete item was delivered to you, you can contact our customer service. Customers can exchange their order for a different product or avail the option of Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs), in case they wish to return a product, within 04 days of delivery.
Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
We do not offer any refunds. We do, however, give online store credit of equal value, which you can use to shop for something else at a later date. Please note that this is only applicable if you return the item within 04 days and it is not inclusive of shipping costs.
How do I place an order for formal dresses?
Our formal dresses are tailored to fit our clients hence all formals are made from scratch. There are no ready-to-wear sizes available. You can place an order for a formal dress online, however, we do not offer Cash on Delivery for these dresses. We require at least 50% advance payment for order confirmation and to begin production. The remaining balance is to be paid before the product is delivered.
After order confirmation, a member of our sales team will contact you to book an appointment, if needed, so that measurements can be taken. At the time of measurements, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the data gathered. Once the dress is finalized, any cost of alterations will be bourne by you; unless there is an unlikely error on our behalf. During and after production, our quality control and assurance team inspect each product to ensure that all requirements have been complied with. Rest be assured, our production team will ensure that your dress is perfect in all ways.
